REGISTER AS A CUSTOMER
Click on the sign in icon at top right of the website header. Click the sign up link, enter a valid email address/password. Click on the register button, check your email for the generated password. Go Back to the website and enter your email address and the generated password to sign in. We recommend you can change the password in your account settings.
REGISTER AS A VENDOR
Go to the tab Selling from the main menu, choose a plan and complete the registration process to sign up as a vendor.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
Click on the sign in icon, select Lost Password. Enter the email address that’s on your account. We’ll send a confirmation link in your email to reset the password.
REFUNDS
Subscriber: After cancelling the Personal Plan/Business Plan subscription for vehicle advertisements, the customer is eligible for a refund within the first 5 business days purchase period. Vendors that subscribe to the Starter Plan is eligible for a refund within the first 3 days. This may be extended according to the law.
The processing time for a refund is 5-14 Business days. If your refund is not completed and it’s over 14 business days, please use the contact us link below to speak to an agent for further investigation. Read more about our Refund Policy.
MY ACCOUNT IS LIMITED
Reasons We May Limit An Account:
- The seller has violated a term of Jasetts E-Commerce LLC.
- The seller is high risk. ( We evaluate and review complaints received from the seller’s consumers including negative reviews)
- If a subscriber is advertising other items than Motor Vehicle or Motor Vehicle related Items.
- If a seller cannot verify their payment method when asked to.
- If a subscriber try to advertise or sell unauthorized items or stolen goods.
- If a subscriber cannot provide proof of business, if required.
- Someone has access to your account. We highly discourage the sharing or giving some else’s access to your Jasetts E-Commerce Account.
- Other reasons. Contact us if you need additional information on why your account is limited.
Account Limitation may results to a user account being closed by an Account Specialist. If your account is limited, please contact us at accountcsr@jasetts.com for help. The review process takes up to 10 business days or longer
